GREEN BEANS SALAD



















1 onion
1 tomato
500g green beans
coriander, parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
olive oil
turmeric, ginger (powder)
salt, pepper,
sour lemon (eventually:))


  1. Cut an onion and tomato into small pieces.
  2. Put altogether into the pot and cook over low heat until beans will be soft. Stir it from time to time.
  3. In the end add coriander, parsley and lemon juice.
