TOMATOES SALAD WITH CAPERS



















tomatoes
roasted green peppers (in oven)

Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp cumin
salt, pepper

  1. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Roasted green peppers cut into small pieces also.
  2. Prepare the sauce: mix altogether and add into the prepared vegetables and stir gently.
