Vegetable pate



















1 1/2 cups of boiled millet 
1 cup hazelnuts, grounded
100 ml of coconut oil
2 carrots
2 parsley
1 leek, white part only
2 sticks celery
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2  tbsp of soya sauce
2 grains of allspice
2 bay leaves
1 tsp of marjoram
1 tsp of dried parsley
1/2 tsp of lovage
1/2 tsp of thyme
a large pinch of nutmeg
Salt and black pepper

Cut vegetables into small pieces, mix with oil and fry until soft. Add all spices, and continue frying for another 5 min. Then add millet. Ground it, add salt, pepper and hazelnuts. Mix it well. Then put the mass into the pan (30X20 cm). Bake in the oven in 200 C degree for 1 hour. Bon Appetit !!!
