FRUIT CRUMBLE























Ingredients :
0.5 kg fruit (apples, pears, plums)
100g sugar (or less)
1 tbsp potato starch
cinnamon

Crumble
150g flour
75g butter
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp oat flakes
50g almond flakes

Wash, peal, and cut fruit into pieces. Add sugar, starch, and cinnamon and mix gentle.
Mold for baking spread with butter and put the fruit.
Prepare crumble; put everything into bowl and knead till you get small pieces of crumble. Put it on the fruit. Sprinkle with almond flakes.
Put in oven at 180C on 30 min (crumble should be a little brown).

Serve with your favourite ice cream. Enjoy!
